Acuro's Peracetic Acid 5% is a stabilised, equilibrium mixture of peracetic acid, water, acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. Peracetic acid is one of the most powerful microbiocides available and is active against a wide spectrum of micro-organisms including aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, bacterial spores, moulds, yeasts other fungi, their spores and also algae. Fast acting non-foaming, non-tainting, non polluting to the environment. No need to rinse after use PAA 5% is an oxidising biocide with very rapid biocidal action at ambient or cold temperatures at relatively low concentrations. It has broad spectrum activity and is effective over a wide range of conditions. The activity of Acuro's PAA 5% is relatively unaffected by organic contamination compared to some other oxidising biocides. No build-up of resistance to ACUROX SP5 is known despite a long history of use in disinfection applications.
Acuro's PERACETIC ACID 5% is an oxidising biocide with very rapid biocidal action at ambient or cold temperatures at relatively low concentrations. It has broad spectrum activity and is effective over a wide range of conditions. APPLICATION ABD DOSAGEcuro's Peracetic Acid 5% based CIP sanitizer is recommended for use on pre-cleaned surfaces such as equipments, pipelines, tanks, vats, filters, evaporators, pasteurizers and aseptic equipments in dairies, breweries, wineries, beverage and food processing / packaging plants and egg processing and packaging equipment surfaces. It can be can be effectively used in cip applications, immersion method or as coarse spray.
The dosage depends on applications, ranging from 1% - 4% W/W.

Acuro's PERACETIC ACID 10% is an effective bleach from pH 9 upwards and at low temperature washing conditions of 45-50° C as well as higher temperatures, thus effective over a wider range of conditions than hydrogen peroxide. The high effectiveness at low temperatures of Acuro's Peracetic Acid 10% results in substantial energy savings and less potential for fabric damage. These advantages make it particularly attractive for conventional laundry services and especially laundry hire services.

Other food industry uses include process water disinfection, starch disinfection, fruit and vegetable treatment and aseptic packaging.
For disinfection and sanitation, Peracetic Acid 15% based dairy disinfectant is recommended for use on pre-cleaned surfaces such as equipments, pipelines, tanks, vats, filters, evaporators, pasteurizers and aseptic equipments in dairies, breweries, wineries, beverage and food processing / packaging plants and egg processing and packaging equipment surfaces. The dosage ranges from 0.05 - 2% W/W, followed with proper rinsing.
