Calcium hypochlorite is a chemical compound with formula Ca(ClO)2. It is widely used for water treatment and as a bleaching agent (bleaching powder). This chemical is considered to be relatively stable and has greater available chlorine than sodium hypochlorite(liquid bleach).Calcium hypochlorite is used for the disinfection of drinking water or swimming pool water. It is used as a sanitizer in outdoor swimming pools in combination with a cyanuric acid stabilizer, which reduces the loss of chlorine due to ultraviolet radiation. The calcium content hardens the water and tends to clog up some filters; hence, some products containing calcium hypochlorite also contain anti-scaling agents.Calcium hypochlorite is also an ingredient in bleaching powder, used for bleaching cotton and linen. It is also used in bathroom cleaners, household disinfectant sprays, moss and algae removers, and weedkillers. In addition, calcium hypochlorite may be used to manufacture chloroform.Bleaching powder is used also in sugar industry for bleaching sugar cane juice before its crystallization.

Monoethylene Glycol (MEG) is a colorless, virtually odorless and slightly viscous liquid. It is miscible with water, alcohols, aldehydes and many organic compounds. MEG will not dissolve rubber, cellulose acetate or heavy vegetable and petroleum oils. MEG has a low volatility and it is 50% more hygroscopic than glycerol at room temperature.Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) is the most widely used chemical from the Glycol family. It is an essential raw material for Polyester fibres and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) polymer. MEG based products are also used as coolants in Automobile antifreeze, resins, humectants for / paper etc.
MEG can be transported in Epoxy coated MS tankers. It can be stored in MS containers lined with baked phenolic resin / air drying epoxy phenolic resin or vinyl resin. It is advisable to store MEG in a cool, dry place with good ventilation - away from heat, sparks or flames.
Mono Ethylene Glycol is an essential raw material for Polyester. Ethylene Glycol reacts with PTA / to produce polyester.
2. Adhesives, Sealants and Coatings
Mono Ethylene Glycol and D-Ethylene Glycol is used in latex based paint formulation. These glycols are also used to produce acrylate and methacrylate resins for coatings, adhesives, and paints.
3. Alkyd Resins for Paints and Coatings
Mono Ethylene Glycol is used as a reactant in the manufacture of Alkyd resins which are used in Paints, enamels and varnishes.
Ethylene Glycol (MEG) is used as an active ingredient in engine coolants and antifreeze, offering benefits including a high boiling point, low vapor pressure, excellent heat transfer abilities, and the ability to depress the freezing point of water.
A) Dyes & Inks
MEG finds applications in products like Dyes & Inks for High speed printing.
Glycols being hygroscopic in nature are also used as Humectants for , paper etc.

1> It is a cationic polymeric algaecide, which can restrain kinds of algae in swimming pools.
2> It is effectively against both the greenish free-floating varieties of algae and black algae which cling to the walls and bottoms of the pools.(The regular usage of this item in swimming pools can overcome the problems caused by algae, specially increased chlorine demand. )
3> It can be used in acidic and alkaline water.
Its most prominent advantages are
Non foaming,Nontoxic,Non-irritative,Good stability & more safe.when using in swimming pool, Spa and other cooling water system.

We have come up with Super Absorbent Polymer, which can absorb brine, urine and blood. Purified water can be absorbed by this polymer, which quantity can reach around 450-600 times of its own weight. It is also known as Macromolecule or Super Water Absorbent Polymer. This polymer can be degraded easily and the degradation products are carbon dioxide, water, Ammonia and potassium ion. Furthermore, it is non corrosive, nonirritating and nontoxic.

Calcite is a calcium carbonate media. Acidic waters will slowly dissolve the calcium carbonates to raise the pH which reduces the potential of copper, lead and other metals found in typical pluming systems. Backwashing will prevent packing, reclassify the bed and maintain high service rates. Depending upon pH, water chemistry and service flow rate, your calcite filter will have to be periodically replenished as the calcite is depleted.
As calcite’s, calcium carbonate neutralizes the water, it will increase hardness and a softener may be required.

Antimony Trioxide is used mainly in fire retardant formulations for plastics, rubbers, textiles, paper and paints. Further, Antimony Trioxide can be used as an additive in glass and ceramic products and as a catalyst in the chemical industry. Occupational exposure may occur during mining, processing and smelting of antimony ores, in glass and ceramics production, and during the manufacture and use of products containing antimony trioxide. Antimony trioxide and pentoxide do not react as flame-retardants directly. Antimony Trioxide are used as synergists to enhance the activity of halogenated flame-retardants by stepwise releasing the halogenated radicals to retard gas phase chain reaction of flame spread.
Flame retardant for wide range of plastics, rubbers, paper and textiles
Catalyst in PET production
Activator in glass industry
Flocculant in Titanium Dioxide production
Paints and Adhesives industries
Pigments, Ceramic frites
In flame retarding thermoplastics, the synergistic action between halogenated flame-retardants and antimony trioxide is well known in the plastic industry
The Izod impact strength and translucency are two key properties that are diminished because of the particle size and pigmentation strength of antimony trioxide
The loss in translucency limits the range of available color choices because of the high loading required to offset the tinting effect of antimony trioxide
